To access it, you just need to register on our platform.<br>Start Charge: The monthly subscription will be charged automatically at the end of the 3-day trial period, unless you decide to cancel before. <\/p><p><b>2. Permanence and Cancellation<br>No Permanence:<\/b> Our subscription is without permanence. You can cancel at any time without penalty. <br><b>Maintenance of Access: <\/b>Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the courses until the end of the monthly billing cycle for which you have already paid. No refunds will be issued for the remaining access time. <br><b>How to Cancel:<\/b> You have three options to manage your cancellation:<br>Directly in your Student Area: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the &#8220;My Subscription&#8221; section in your user profile on the Flamencoson platform.<\/p><ul><li><b>By WhatsApp:<\/b> Send a message to our official WhatsApp number (+34) 656 47 22 96, indicating your full name and intention to cancel the subscription.<\/li><li><b>By Email:<\/b> Send an email to info@flamencoson.com, with the subject &#8220;Unsubscribe&#8221;, including your full name and the email address you registered with.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>3. Payments<br>Automatic Renewal: <\/b>Payments will be made automatically each month, through the payment method you provided when you registered.<br><b>Payment Failures: <\/b>In case the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified by email and we will try to charge you again in the following days. Reservation and Payment Process<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>The reservation of a place for any course or classroom class is considered confirmed once the payment has been correctly processed through our online platform, by bank transfer or by Bizum at (+34) 656 47 22 96.<br>By making the reservation, the client expressly accepts the terms and conditions of this cancellation and refund policy.<\/p><p><b>2. Student Cancellation Policy<br><\/b>Cancellation with full refund: If a student cancels his\/her reservation at least 15 days before the course start date, he\/she will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.<br>Cancellation with partial refund: If a student cancels between 7 and 14 days before the start date of the course, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.<br>No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the course will not be refunded.<\/p><p><b>3. Changes and Refunds<br><\/b>Change of place: In case of need, the client may request a change to another course or class, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 7 days in advance.<br>No show (absence): Failure to attend classes or the course, without prior notice or cancellation, will not entitle the client to any type of refund or change. <\/p><p><b>4. Cancellation Policy by Flamencoson<br><\/b>Cancellation of the course: Flamencoson reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of students required is not reached or due to force majeure.<br>Refund in case of cancellation by Flamencoson: In the event that the course is cancelled by Flamencoson, students will be notified as far in advance as possible and offered a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. Alternatively, students may be offered the option to transfer the amount to another course or receive a credit for future bookings. <\/p><p><b>5. The remaining 50% (equivalent to the first payment\/deposit) will be retained as a handling fee and agenda blocking fee. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cancellation with 15 days or less:<\/b> Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the scheduled date, or no-show at the event, <b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">will not entitle to any refund.<\/b> In this case, the client agrees to pay 100% of the agreed fee if the event has not yet been completed. <\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b style=\"font-size: 1.125em; letter-spacing: -0.02em;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Use of facilities and materials:<\/b> <\/b><\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The customer undertakes to make responsible use of the facilities and equipment provided.
