Online Courses
Subscription and Free Trial
Duration: Subscription to Flamencoson online courses is monthly and is automatically renewed every 30 days from the date of activation.
Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore the content of any of our online courses. To access it, you just need to register on our platform.
Start Charge: The monthly subscription will be charged automatically at the end of the 3-day trial period, unless you decide to cancel before.
2. Permanence and Cancellation
No Permanence: Our subscription is without permanence. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Maintenance of Access: Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the courses until the end of the monthly billing cycle for which you have already paid. No refunds will be issued for the remaining access time.
How to Cancel: You have three options to manage your cancellation:
Directly in your Student Area: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the “My Subscription” section in your user profile on the Flamencoson platform.
- By WhatsApp: Send a message to our official WhatsApp number (+34) 656 47 22 96, indicating your full name and intention to cancel the subscription.
- By Email: Send an email to info@flamencoson.com, with the subject “Unsubscribe”, including your full name and the email address you registered with.
3. Payments
Automatic Renewal: Payments will be made automatically each month, through the payment method you provided when you registered.
Payment Failures: In case the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified by email and we will try to charge you again in the following days. If the problem persists, your subscription will be suspended until the payment problem is resolved.
Public Events
1. Reservation and Payment Process
The reservation of a place for any course or classroom class is considered confirmed once the payment has been correctly processed through our online platform, by bank transfer or by Bizum at (+34) 656 47 22 96.
By making the reservation, the client expressly accepts the terms and conditions of this cancellation and refund policy.
2. Student Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with full refund: If a student cancels his/her reservation at least 15 days before the course start date, he/she will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellation with partial refund: If a student cancels between 7 and 14 days before the start date of the course, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the course will not be refunded.
3. Changes and Refunds
Change of place: In case of need, the client may request a change to another course or class, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 7 days in advance.
No show (absence): Failure to attend classes or the course, without prior notice or cancellation, will not entitle the client to any type of refund or change.
4. Cancellation Policy by Flamencoson
Cancellation of the course: Flamencoson reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of students required is not reached or due to force majeure.
Refund in case of cancellation by Flamencoson: In the event that the course is cancelled by Flamencoson, students will be notified as far in advance as possible and offered a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. Alternatively, students may be offered the option to transfer the amount to another course or receive a credit for future bookings.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the student must send a WhatsApp to (+34) 656 47 22 96 or an email to info@flamencoson.com, with the subject “Refund Request” and include their full name, course name and booking date.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Private Events
Cancellation and Reservation Policy
Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: Cancellations made more than 15 calendar days prior to the date of the event will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining 50% (equivalent to the first payment/deposit) will be retained as a handling fee and agenda blocking fee.
Cancellation with 15 days or less: Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the scheduled date, or no-show at the event, will not entitle to any refund. In this case, the client agrees to pay 100% of the agreed fee if the event has not yet been completed.
Use of facilities and materials:
The customer undertakes to make responsible use of the facilities and equipment provided. In the event of damage resulting from negligent use, the customer shall cooperate in settling the repair costs.

Purchasing and Ordering Process
Ordering: To ensure personalized attention, all orders for our portable and soundproofed tablaos are placed in writing via WhatsApp at (+34) 656 47 22 96 or by email to info@flamencoson.com.
Confirmation: The order is considered formalized upon receipt of the bank transfer receipt.
Data Responsibility: The customer must provide complete shipping data (Name, mailing address and email). Flamencoson is not responsible for incidents caused by incorrect information.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
Clear Prices: The prices shown include VAT and shipping costs within the Peninsula. For shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we will consult the additional cost according to destination.
Payment Method: Payment is made by direct bank transfer to our official supplier: Tarimas de Danza, S.L.. The order will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Secure Shipping, Delivery and Receiving
Lead times: If we have stock, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. Otherwise, the manufacturing time is similar. We carry out a personalized follow-up of each shipment.
Protocol of Reception (Very Important): If upon receipt of the package the packaging shows visible damage, the customer must reflect it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier or refuse the package. Failure to do so, the transport agency will not accept subsequent claims.
Damage Notification: You have 24 hours after receipt to notify us of any internal damage, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
Warranty and Returns
Quality Guarantee: Our boards are manufactured with high density materials (Birch and Polyurethane). We offer 1 month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Right of Withdrawal: You have a period of 14 calendar days to return the product from receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition and with the packaging intact. In this case, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect, the supplier will pay for the cost of collection and replacement or repair at no cost to you.
